what program do i use to track sold and unsold customers for follow up and mail outs i am in the rv sales bus

1. . Check out the sites below. Then once you know the names of a few software programs, go to a new car dealership and talk to the Accounting Dept. and say you're using 'XYZ' program for tracking customers and it isn't satisfactory. What do THEY use? That way you don't have to re-invent that sales 'wheel'. Try to use a proven program. or not. 2. Try Reynolds & Reynolds Contact Management system, or Higher Gear. They are both good systems for keeping track of your customer base. We currently use Rey & Rey, and we love it. You can set up automatic reminders for birthdays, purchase anniversrys, emails etc etc. You can also set up a system to contact your unsold traffic for missed oppurtunitys.
