How do you get an Recreational Vehicle toilet clean?

I need to know if you can get an RV toilet that is heavily stained clean again. Using bleach hasn't helped in removing any of the really bad stains.

1. If it's a plastic seat, remove it and lightly sand it with 200 grit sandpaper. Get a can of arerosol spray painf for Plastic finishes. Give it a couple of coats & you're in business.
2. Try this formula it works very well, Toilet Bowls: Add 1 cup vinegar and let sit overnight. Scrub and flush. Good Luck !
